Each quarter, CVS gives you 2% of what you spend out of pocket back in the form of Extra Care Bucks. For example, if you spend $100 out of pocket for the quarter, you will get back $2.00 in Extra Care Bucks that will automatically print when you scan your card at the red coupon machine. You can also choose to sign up in the store with the cashier at checkout.

The current quarter is the "summer quarter" and ends on September 15. Your Extra Bucks that you earn from purchases will print out starting October 1.
